No color tweaking, the lakes and rivers around here are green. Bright green. I have no idea why.

I got so lost. I ended up on some dirt road and this was the tunnel. You could still see the drill holes for the dynamite.

A few images from the ice fields parkway. I think this is the most beautiful drive in north america.

The middle one is the Columbia glacier.

Chicago was kind of a bust. I tired to go ans visit Mikey and Sherms' "coffee shop". It turns out it's more of a nightclub, so no one was there. Mitu said I should not leave Chicago with out going to "my Pi" but it was closed too.

At my hotel I saw a flyer to see "The Dead Sea Scrolls". I thought it odd that that'd be in a little town outside of Cleavland Ohio, but what the hey. So I went. It turns out it was an exhibit about the Dead Sea Scrolls at a Mormon temple. The exhibit was free, and I had a nice chat w/ Elder James here.

When Elder James told me that the reason the Mormons are the true church of Christ, because it is the only one that can truly answer the big three questions: Where did I come from? Why am I here? Where do I go After? Three questions I've never been the slight bit curious about. I guess the Mormons aren't for me.

Nothing gets your heart going like the sound of ice cracking all around you.
Good thing the water was only 1/2 an inch deep or I might have gotten my socks wet.

Only this hole in the ground separates civilization from the barbarians. Off I go.

Note to self: When I get back, start a petition to rename the Hudson to Rubicon.
